Our enquiry forms collect your email address, telephone number, project type and message. Depending on the form and service, we may also collect your name, project location and specific service requested. We record when an enquiry is submitted and the page it came from.

How we use it

We use these details to respond, discuss your requirements and arrange services you request. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

Service providers

Website hosting, security and email delivery providers process information to operate the site and deliver enquiries. Where your request needs a contractor or specialist, we may share relevant project and contact information to coordinate the service with you.

Security and storage

Enquiries are transmitted using HTTPS. Anti-spam checks may process technical information such as your IP address. We retain enquiry information only as needed to handle your request, provide agreed services and meet applicable record-keeping requirements.

Your choices

You can contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, or to withdraw consent to further contact. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or to resolve an ongoing matter.

Session storage and external links

We store a small setting in your browser for the current session so that the enquiry pop-up does not automatically reappear after you have seen it.
